The midterms are coming up and we have the opportunity to elect candidates that put the interests of working families first. Help make that happen by joining us for our first National Day of Action to phone bank for labor champions! This week, we will be making calls to get out the vote for Minnesota Attorney General and long-time CWA ally, Keith Ellison. Keith will be joining us during the event!

Keith Ellison has a long history of supporting workers. During his time in Congress, he fought against unfair trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a deal that would have opened the door to more outsourcing of good, union jobs.

As Minnesota Attorney General, he fought to save CWA members’ jobs at Frontier and made the company invest at least $10 million over four years to improve its broadband network. He created the first ever unit at the Attorney General’s office to pursue wage theft against workers and take on employers that have stolen wages. He has also taken on the big corporations that have engaged in price gouging and he has not shied away from standing up to big tech companies like Facebook and Google that prioritize profits over workers.
