AT&T 2023 Horizons-Eligible UMass Classes Coming Online

Attention AT&T members:

Happy New Year!

 

I want to take this moment to say thanks for your efforts to get our Horizons benefits back on track this past year.  We started out slowly, but steadily increased the number of classes and members served.  There are now 3 classes being offered – Fiber Optics, TKTII, and FCC with more in development.

By the end of 2022, 142 members took advantage of this important benefit negotiated on their behalf.  And they’ve been very well received!  On average, there is a 4.9 (out of 5) satisfaction score for all components of the classes – online course room, instructor and course material.

UMass is starting off 2023 with their most popular class, TKTII on January, 24 (see flyer attached).
