Help striking AT&T workers and their families

Sisters and Brothers,

As of today, 17,000 CWA members who work at AT&T Southeast have been on an unfair labor practice strike for three weeks. It is the largest active strike in the U.S.

The workers’ paychecks have stopped, but their bills have not. As many of you know, back to school time means more financial stress with fees for supplies, extracurricular activities, and sports.

While some of the striking workers and their families may have resources that they can turn to in these difficult times, others have extraordinary needs that they cannot meet without additional help.

Please make a donation to our fund to help striking workers.

Being on strike is a hardship, and the workers have shown phenomenal solidarity on the picket line. This is a difficult fight, and it is shameful that a massively profitable company like AT&T will not send people to the bargaining table with the authority to negotiate a fair contract.

Any amount will help and contributions to the fund will be used exclusively to provide financial assistance to striking workers and their families.

Thank you so much for your support.

In unity,

Richard Honeycutt
Vice President, CWA District 3
