09/26/2024 – Ballot mailer sent to members’ address on file.
10/16/2024 – Ballots are Due back to the U.S. Postal Service PO Box.
10/18/2024 – Counting of all received ballots.
• 8:30 am leave to Post Office
• 9:30 am count at the D9 Office
Ballots will be counted at the D9 Office in Cerritos, CA.
(Reminder – Last time the ballot count took nearly the whole day, so please be patient and when we get the results we share and post them immediately)

- 2024-2028 Final Bargaining Report
- Ballot with Voting Instructions
- Secret Ballot Envelope
- Postage Paid Return envelope
DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON YOUR BALLOT EXCEPT WHAT IS REQUIRED – IF YOU DO, IT WILL VOID YOUR BALLOT.
Each Local will receive replacement Ballots.
