Open enrollment for healthcare for AT&T employees will be from December 16 through December 20.
Here is some important information concerning benefits, including the prices for both the company plan – Blue Cross /Blue Shield and Kaiser. There are new options available with the Kaiser plan. Please make sure you read up on all of your options so that you can make an informed decision. You can either call benefits at 877-722-0020 or go online to make your selections. You can also call the benefits number to make an appointment to speak with a representative. Once you have made your selection, don’t forget to print out a copy!
