Here is some information we received from CWA District 9 concerning issues regarding open enrollment and today’s deadline:
Subject: Re: AT&T – Benefits AE (Annual Enrollment) Update
Here are a couple of important updates to share:
**AE Extension After 12/20/24**: The company has responded regarding the extension of the AE enrollment.
Employees who logged in on or before the Friday, December 20, enrollment window close date and had a technical issue can call the Benefits center between now and the end of the year.
**Action Required for Unfinished Enrollment**:
Please inform members that if they haven’t been able to complete AE, are still experiencing issues, or think they might need to contact them after the deadline, they should call in live now to speak to a benefits representative and create a ticket.As of December 19, 2024, we have achieved a completion rate of 56%. Typically, this average is around the mid-60% range. Please note that this percentage does not include employees who have chosen to roll over their benefits or do not enroll in a benefit plan, which may explain the lower completion rate.
