Some info on the upcoming SSP (Success Sharing Plan) for AT&T West employees:
Getting a few questions concerning the SSP eligibility, payouts and surplus.
Assuming all other SSP eligibility requirements are met, an employee with a last day of 11/8/2019 gets SSP on a separate check sent to their home address in the last week of November,
Eligibility
Must be Active, STD or Military LOA in eligible bargaining unit position on 1st day of Award Year (Oct 1, 2018), and Must have 90 days active service excluding STD and LOA in eligible bargaining unit position (Military LOA included toward 90 days), and Must be Active or Military LOA in eligible bargaining unit position on last day of Award Year (Sep 30, 2019)*
*Eligible employees who are on approved leaves of absence or short-term disability absence and meet the other eligibility requirements on the ending date of the award year shall receive a payment, provided they return to duty on or before December 31 of the year in which the payment is made.
