Verizon members voted in new contract! Verizon members on Friday voted to ratify the tentative agreement reached between CWA and Verizon Select Services. The four year agreement gives members a 10.75% wage increase through the four years of the contract with a 2.5 raise in 2021 and 2022, a 2.75% in 2023 and a 3% increase in 2024. Other improvements to the contract are:
The agreement contains many improvements and none of the changes to the current contract are retrogressive.
Improvements include:
- Dental Plan individual yearly allotment
- Enhanced Vision Plan
- Vacation Days – Up to 4 may be used in 4-hour increments
- Increased Protective Footwear Allowance
- Increased On-Call Differential
- Verizon Wireless Services Discounts
