AT&T’s position on the vaccination and current litigation

Last night AT&T released a statement regarding the 6th US Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to lift the OSHA vaccine mandate November 2021 injunction.  AT&T advised they are continuing forward with their policy that  employees must be fully vaccinated by February 1, 2022 or have an approved medical or religious job accommodation. 

Note: majority of the accommodations have been approved for 6-months
